Due to the establishment of our Company, it creates a job opportunity for at least 180 workers in the area. And also it will consume another 350 workers for the next expansion phase of the Company. Hiring this amount of workers within a single company is a very important contribution for a society to make them self-sufficient and income generating workforces especially, with the country like Ethiopia, where the unemployment rate is becoming higher and higher.
